Manager & Trustee Profile The Manager PAIF is managed by State Street Global Advisors Singapore Limited (The Manager), which is part of State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), one of the largest investment managers in the world. SSgA is the investment division of State Street Corporation (State Street), a bank holding company whose shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "STT". SSgA was established in 1978. As of 30 September, 2008 SSgA managed US$1.7 trillion in equity, fixed income, real estate and derivative assets. SSgA has offices in 27 cities around the world, with portfolio management capabilities in Amsterdam, Bangalore, Boston, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, Milan, Montreal, Munich, Paris, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo and Zurich. State Street Global Advisors Singapore Limited was established in 2000 and holds a capital market licensed in fund management regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. In addition to being the Manager of PAIF, the Manager also acts as the manager of Singapore's first domestic exchange traded fund1 (ETF). SSgA's Hong Kong office has emerged to become one of the leading investment managers in Asia. Established in 1990, the office became a full-service investment centre in 1997. HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited is appointed as Trustee of the PAIF pursuant to the Trust Deed. HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited is part of HSBC's Institutional Fund Services business in Asia and the Middles East, which has offices in Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. 1.
